Steven Baye is our MEP Construction Manager here at Parish Engineering, LLC with a background rooted in industrial, commercial, and residential construction, specializing in the electrical discipline. A 2018 graduate of Louisiana State University, Steven brings both technical expertise and proven leadership across complex construction environments.

Prior to joining Parish Engineering, LLC, Steven spent over 4 years as a Project Coordinator supporting capital and maintenance projects for major Gulf Coast refineries and chemical facilities with Triad Electric & Controls. In this role, he coordinated multidisciplinary teams and supported HR, estimating, and field operations for projects with budgets up to $1.8 million, gaining broad exposure to the operational and financial drivers of successful project delivery.

Mr. Baye later transitioned into a Dual Project Manager role with GeoSurfaces, INC and GeoSport Lighting, LLC, an experience that ultimately led to his introduction to Parish Engineering, LLC. During this time, he advanced quickly and was promoted to Director of Project Management, overseeing the entire sports lighting division and leading projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Today, as MEP Construction Manager, Steven applies this diverse background to guide projects with a focus on coordination, constructability, and execution. His career reflects a consistent progression of responsibility, a strong understanding of field operations, and a commitment to delivering high-quality MEP systems that meet both technical and client driven objectives.
